Jovan founded Kool Runnings in 2019 with an idea of creating an outfitting company that can support and run youth programs, as well as train young adventure guides, and provide meaningful employment for youth in the outdoor industry.

LEETIA EEGEESIAK

Youth Jr. Guide

Leetia has been with Kool Runnings since its inception and was the first youth ambassador since she was 12 years old. Since then Leetia has honed here skills in many areas and has become an apprentice guide. Leetia is especially fond of the dogs and enjoys guiding dog sledding trips around Iqaluit.
